Cindy is the primary team member responsible for the overall direction of the disposition process and financial analysis of the property. She will handle the buyer selection process and the contract negotiations.

Brad assists with property tours, directly contacting the list of qualified buyers, handles inquiries and requests from prospective investors, and obtains and distributes market information. Brad oversees the on-site due diligence inspections.

Carrie is responsible for creating, scheduling and coordinating all marketing materials & package development. Carrie is also responsible for handling the bi-weekly on the market, quarterly Metro Phoenix market & bi-annual pipeline construction reports, managing the online document center for a property and maintaining the team database. Carrie holds an active real estate license.

The West Region Expansion Team was organized to provide unparalleled service to the clients of the Cooke Multi-Family Investments Team. As the single point of contact, the Cooke Team will over see all marketing, buyer qualifying, offer negotiations, due diligence process & closing. The West Region Expansion Team members will provide local knowledge & assist with tours and the due diligence process.

The Cooke Team is in constant communication with their team members to discuss their local market conditions, the active Buyers & Sellers and the financial climate. This collaboration provides us the ability to guide our clients through a variety of complex transactions, providing thoughtful strategy, comprehensive market data, detailed financial analysis and innovative marketing concepts.
